All our tariffs come with a high specification router – with Wi-Fi 6 as minimum. The devices are carefully matched to the tariff speed to increase your internet’s efficiency, and reduce network congestion, even as you add more devices. Our portfolio includes high specification eero and TP Link routers. Currently, The Simple One comes with the TP Link HX220, The Chosen One comes with the TP Link HX550, and our multi-gig package, The Everything One, comes with the TP Link EX820V. Where voice add on is included these devices may change where necessary.

Enhancing your home WiFi network with The One Boost ensures strong and consistent coverage throughout your home. To help you determine the number of Boosters you might need, based on your home’s square footage and/or number of bedrooms see below. Also consider the types of users you have (how heavy is their Wi-Fi usage) plus structural elements of your home – like wall thickness and materials.
• Smaller Home (1,500 Sq ft., 2 bedrooms, 1-2 users): Your inclusive router should be fine
• Medium Home (2,500 Sq ft., 3 bedrooms, 3-4 users): Consider an extra Booster
• Large Home (4,000 Sq ft., 5 bedrooms, 5+ users, thick walls): Two Boosters may be needed for full coverage.
• Extra-Large Home (6,000 Sq ft., 6+ bedrooms, many high-bandwidth users): Three boosters may be required for full coverage.
